I tried this recipe last night for the first time. They turned out amazingly. Soooo tasty. Vegan recipe's tend to be a shot in the dark for me, especially when it comes to baked goods. I halve the recipe just in case they don't turn out great...but I will definitely make these again...very soon.I noticed in the picture that the top muffin looks like a face. Does anyone else see that?.. wacky!
